Accommodation Information

Arrival and Departure

  • Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM
    Kindly let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.
    You can check in in person (until 8:00 PM) or via a PIN for the key box.
    We will send you arrival and apartment access instructions in advance by email or by SMS message.
  •  Check-out: by 10:00 AM at the latest.

 

Quiet Hours and Respect

  • Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  • Please respect other guests and neighbors – avoid excessive noise even during the day.

 

Smoking and Pets

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the apartments.
  • Pets are not permitted.

Tidiness and Cleaning

  • While final cleaning is taken care of, we kindly ask you to:
    • maintain general tidiness,
    • wash used dishes.

 

Damages and Technical Issues

  • Should any equipment be damaged or a malfunction occur, please let us know
    immediately.
  • Guests are responsible for damages incurred during their stay.
