About the Project

The architectural concept of the project builds on the long tradition of industry and manufacturing in Velké Hamry. Just as blacksmiths here processed iron ore on iron forges from the 13th century, architects from Reaktor studio have now forged residential ingots (apartment buildings) from an “endless strip of iron.”

Each apartment is meticulously designed with an emphasis on comfort and style: spacious living areas with a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful wooden elements, and large windows letting in the light and warmth of the mountains. A free underground garage is available for secure parking, so you don’t have to worry about the weather.

Enjoy outdoor relaxation by the fire pit right next to the apartments – perfect for evening gatherings or roasting sausages. For families with children, we have a playground with climbing frames and swings, where little adventurers can let off steam.
